We partner with organisations by consulting, designing solutions, sourcing, identifying, engaging and securing talented GTM and technical sales professionals to join their teams. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care and attention to our clients and candidates through our personable and professional approach. RYAN PETERS
Managing Director
Ryan has over a decade of recruitment experience spanning various industries and regions, including the UK and Ireland, EU, ANZ markets. His expertise lies predominantly in the Sales and Marketing (GTM) verticals, where he is widely recognised as a specialist.
Having managed recruitment teams, senior-level projects and assignments, and partnered with global organisations such as Siemens, Endress+Hauser, Wilo Group, Puma Energy, Bridgestone, and Kaseya, Ryan brings an extensive skill set to the table. He has worked for two of the world’s top 5 largest recruitment firms, ‘Randstad’ and ‘Manpower group’, before managing the Sales, Digital, Marketing and Communications teams at Hudson.
Ryan started Right Place initially in Australia back in 2020, however, made the hard decision to relocate back to the UK with his family just 3 months into kicking off the new venture. Most recently, Ryan took on the role of Talent Lead for ‘Bubb’, an exciting London based tech/RPO startup, where he oversaw the onboarding and delivery of two large SaaS based tech companies rapidly scaling their engineering and sales teams across Europe.
Throughout his career, Ryan has completed numerous permanent and contract recruitment assignments in sectors such as Industrial automation, Engineering, Tech, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Finance, Marketing, Mining, Energy, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Government (State and Federal).
Ryan's authentic and professional approach has helped him build a wide network of clients and candidates. His consistent communication, open feedback, and clear guidance throughout the recruitment process is highly valued and his aim is always to ensure all parties are engaged, informed, and satisfied with the end result.
POPPY LEE
Manager Marketing & Finance
Poppy manages all things Marketing, Design and Finance here at Right Place. With 12 years experience as a senior level PA to Executive Directors within government organisations as well as within the insurance industry, Poppy is an organised and efficient operator who has a highly personable style of engagement and a keen eye for detail.
Starting her career at an insurance brokerage, Poppy gained valuable experience working closely with the CEO of the organisation. Poppy then moved over to the government sector within the IT space working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
During her time working for the Managing Director, Poppy gained exposure to a number of critical and high profile IT projects, communications initiatives and was secretariat to multiple executive committees liaising with various contacts within government and private businesses.
Poppy has been responsible for committee organisation, finance reporting, ministerial communications and being the first point of call for all executive requests. Following this, Poppy then established herself as a prominent personality within the blogging sphere in Australia, working on marketing campaigns for a number of household brands, including YvesSaintLaurent, Bunnings, Dyson, Lego, Hasbro, Netflix and Hello Fresh, amongst others.
Her personable and relatable representation of renovations, lifestyle and parenting enabled her to establish her own business where she provided tailored marketing campaign support to boost brand awareness across her extensive online audience. Poppy has also featured on television show 'Make It Yours' on channel 72 (AusTV) showcasing her renovation and design skills.
